If you find yourself obsessively watching the time even when you’re on vacation, the One Hand Watch from luxury lifestyle brand Sperry Top-Sider may be worth your while. Like its name suggests, the watch comes with only one hand and is intended to provide the user with an approximate idea of the time. The creation is a collaborative effort between the Geneva Watch Group- which has created iconic wristwear for labels like Speedo, Tommy Bahama, Kenneth Cole, Moschino and BCBGMaxAzria- and Sperry Top-Sider- which is known around the world for its classic boating shoes that are popular with yachters and fashionistas alike.

The Sperry Top-Sider One-Handed Watch is inspired by the seagoing heritage of Sperry and combines the modern preppy appeal of their shoes with its vintage nautical design. The watch’s design also incorporates design cues taken from the rich history of Sperry’s classic pieces including their iconic sailboat logo and the sporty styling of their diver’s watch which is mated to the silhouette of antique motor boats’ dashboard gauges.

The watch also incorporated the lines of their signature Authentic Original boat shoes. The Sperry Top-Sider One-Handed Watch is designed for the leisurely lifestyle for people who want to keep a track of time but don’t want to be ruled by it. The Sperry Top-Sider One-Handed Watch will be offered in a range of options and will be retailed for prices ranging between $95 and $250. The timepiece will be available in showrooms by Spring 2013.
