New Nike Dunk High OMS set to be released in October

Announced over six months ago, the Nike Dunk High OMS is finally set to be released this October. The Dunk retains the timeless lines that have made Nike sneakers a modern classic with familiar panel work allowing the shoe to merge in seamlessly with the most popular offerings from the brand. The Dunk comes with a number of upgrades that make the sneaker the perfect shoe for the harsh winter months.

The layered ripstop nylon construction of the shoe comes with waterproof overlays in leather to help them keep the moisture and cold out while the exterior of the shoe is designed to provide enhanced grip even in the sludgy, snowy winter conditions. The midsole of the shoe comes with special Phylon-filled, Free Trail-inspired outsole construction that has been derived from the architecture of the Special Field Boot. The upper of the Dunk has been fitted with metallic boot-inspired lacelets.

The Dunk a part of new Off Mountain Series from Nike, the Dunk High OMS comes with sockliner layered over "Warming Blanket Strobel" tech that reflects body heat back to the foot to provide optimized temperature management in the fall and winter months. For flexible traction, the Dunk has been given a snow tread pattern and deep sipes. The sneaker will be offered in Dark Khaki-Black and Baroque Brown colorways with prices starting at $140.
