The design of the road running shoe in inspired by a molecule’s geometry that results in optimized and enhanced flexibility. The shoe is designed to give a cushioned underfoot feel that absorbs impact and boosts performance.
Created with Ionix technology, the 3090 comes with a reduced midsole which allows the everyday running shoe to remain plush. The midsole of the shoe is crafted out of innovative REVlite foam which is up to 30 percent lighter than other foams. The specially created foam is also more durable and responsive than other foams. The lightweight yet plush shoe weighs just 6.55 ounces and is one of the lightest running shoes in the market.
To ensure premium comfort and support to the wearer, the shoe comes with a lightweight synthetic or mesh upper and a cushioning Ethyl Vinyl Acetate (EVA) foam footbed. To prevent chafing and reduce weight, the shoe comes with welded seams. The 3090 comes with just a 6mm drop from the heel to the toe which is just one-thirds of what is offered in traditional running shoes. Offering a closer fit in the toe box, the shoe also boasts of an improved arch and a more anatomical heel that makes running truly effortless.
