Smart black dress with shrug
Lena Dunham made heads turn as she stride the red carpet in her little black dress. The dress was well complemented with feathered black shrug and see-through black stockings. The dress had full sleeves and flowing waves at the bottom and falling around her chest. The dress clung to her body at the right places.
Yellow tacky dress
Lena Dunham walked down the red carpet at 36th Annual Los Angeles Film Critics Association Awards in a tacky yellow tunic dress with black dots all over it. The dress was so un-glamorous and lacked fitting as well. The black stockings paired with it did not help much either.
Black strapless gown at ‘Girls’ premiere
The ‘Girls’ star Lena Dunham walked the red carpet at the premiere of ‘Girls’. She wore a black ball gown with sparkles running along her waist line. Her strapless gown with fitted bodice accentuated her curves very well. Her hair braided in a band-style and little white pearl earrings completed her looks.
Braided updo
Dunham attended the premiere for her latest HBO series ‘Girls’ along with her co-stars. While everyone else decided to keep their hair open, Anna got a bonus points for her pretty braided updo which made her stand out from everyone else. Her braids gave her a pretty-tiara look and complemented well with her shoulder less gown.
Short waves
Lena looked pretty and beautiful with her short tresses styled in waves. She attended 2011 Film Independent Spirit Awards. The hair style complemented her gown well which was flowing in waves, down her body. She resembled a little with Drew Barrymore’s look in Charlie’s Angels but looked prettier than her.
Simple, swept back
Lena Dunham ditched the glamour at the red carpet of Tribeca Film Festival as she appeared in a simple white tunic dress with her hair tied back in a very un-fashioned way. The actress lacked glamour but the sober hair style complemented her dress very well. But it is nothing unusual, Lena is always seen in a simple and sober avatar and this time too, she looked elegant in this simple hair-do.
Make-up less
Lena attended the Q&A for her HBO series ‘Girls’ at SXSW Interactive Festival. She was dressed in black leathery dress and wore no make-up, not even a lip color. We can say that she still looked beautiful the natural way. She has been spotted making public appearances without make up a number of times and she does seems to be confident about her au natural beauty.
Light make up
The American filmmaker and actress Lena Dunham seems to love the natural way. She was seen at off-Broadway opening night, dressed in cream silk blouse under a blue blazer. She chose to go with light make up and blush pink lips, keeping it simple and minimal. Her cheeks too looked a little brushed up in soft pink shade and her eyes did not have even a dash of make up.
Mismatched red lip color
Lena Dunham’s red lip color at Annual Los Angeles Film Critics Association Awards looked so out-of-place. Her choice of lip color was not at all going with her yellow dress which too, lacked fashion. The lip color was a bad match for the yellow and black dress, but nevertheless, at least it matched the carpet color laid out at the event.
Tattoo on back
Lena flaunted her back, tattooed with what looks like little houses. The tattoo has two houses of which one looks like hut and both have blue shade. The design seems a bit strange but who knows if that means something to her. May be it is another one of creative writer’s unusual creative idea.
