Weird fashion: Fur helmets by Attila

Fashion world has no boundaries. It has the ability to soar sky high but is equally good at going to the darkest depth. The fur helmets personify the darker side of fashion, though it may appeal to a section of society always ready to do anything to look different in the crowd.

Prada's Fall/ Winter 2006 saw the first glimpse of these freaky fur helmets by Attila. If you are ready to shell out anything between $199 to $2,000, you can have the privilege of making a dead animal sit on your head.

The company claims that these helmets are made using taxidermy grade animal pelts which are hand selected and mounted onto a helmet.

The helmets are available in a variety of choice ranging from the Alaskan timber wolf to the wolverines and foxes. Further, you even have the option of 'his' and 'hers' style, and the more wild 'mohawk' style.

I simply hate the idea, what about you?
