The Fashion bug has spread its tentacles far and wide and the fever is slowly turning into an epidemic.

You see it everywhere, in New York, Los Angeles and remote Eastern European villages.

Pictures of beautiful people wearing pretty clothes cover the sides of buses, fill hours of prime-time television shows and dominate page after page of advertising in magazines, newspapers and, increasingly, on the Internet.

Americans are spending more on clothes every year.

And for such kind of shopping patterns, we owe the credit to the presence of high-end designers in lower-end stores. Retailers are finally responding to what the consumer wants: cheap but fun fashion.
