Consumer goods company, Procter and Gamble has decided to close Rochas, the critically acclaimed fashion label, after its fall season.

The Rochas ready-to-wear line was part of Wella, the German cosmetics company, which Procter & Gamble acquired in 2003. But something fashion related was a misfit in the profile of consumer goods producing company.
But the companu has decided to go ahead with the production of Rochas fragrances, which are very popular in the fashion market.
The company reasoned high prices and small production as the reason for the closure of operations.
