Love her or hate her, but you just can't keep supermodel Kate Moss out of your minds. The figures for the first week sale of her designed fashion range for Topshop further strengthens her hold on the fashion circuit.

At around £3,000,000, the figure is way ahead of the forecasts made by the fashion chain. Her collection was launched last week at Barneys in New York, and earlier this week the range featured at Stockholm.
Philip Green, owner of Topshop, is overwhelmed by the success met by Moss' collection and plans to open three stores in Manhattan. Green said:
We are looking for sites this week (in the States) but realistically nine months is the time horizon to get a store sorted and opened.
As per reports, Topshop paid Moss £3,000,000 to design the 50 item fashion range, which is well justified by the sales figure.
Kate Moss will be more than willing to label her recent success as a fitting reply to all her critics.
