Milan fashion Week is set to kick start tomorrow with a total number of 101 shows to be presented in the nine days event. There will be wide scale display of the fall/winter designer collections of the year 2006. Nearly 20,000 fashion operators are scheduled to make their visit to the Milan show.
Mario Boselli, the president for the National Fashion chamber told in a press conference that they have zeroed on Milan fair district to show-case the new collections.
Mr. Boselli has further said that the total output from the Italian Fashion Industry was quite low in the year 2005 and they are quite hopeful that they will be able to make up for the loss this year.
