With the reopening of London Playboy Club slated for June 4, Marchesa has come up with a revamped version of the classic Playboy bunny corset silhouette. The costume, designed by Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig, would be revealed for the first time on May 26. It would be auctioned in order to raise money for Breast Cancer. Marchesa recently released the sketch of the new Playboy bunny suit.

The sketch showcasing the new design is inspired by the classic bunny suit with an added feminine touch. The classic corset silhouette has been laden with hand draping and embroidery. This has been incorporated in the original design as Marchesa’s signature details. The Playboy signature would also be given a facelift by adding crystal roses over it. Comparatively, the new bunny suit would bear lace. It would not be as plain as the classic bunny suit. The designers have also lent a frilly look to it. The bow has been enlarged a little with lace material added to it. The bunny ears have been twisted and given a more feminine look. The whole design comprises of the same components as in the original bunny suit. It incorporates signature body-suit, bunny ears, a bow tie and the revamped couture.
The Playboy Club is about to make a comeback in Mayfair, London after 30 years since its doors were shut down in 1981. The new structure would hold a restaurant, a cocktail bar and a casino. The whole Club would be spread over an area of two floors.
