Except from the last time when Katy Perry wore the blue hair, she often manages to look cute in short dresses. Recently we saw the lady at a party in New York, where she went to promote her new record. Well, Perry was wearing a yellow mini-leopard print dress and the most interesting part of this outfit was that it was looking straight out of the Flintstone show. The dress was quite sexy and was making Katy look all the more sexy and curvy. She combined her attire with black peep toes, maroon lipstick and light makeup.
