Japan Fashion Week (a week long event) in Tokyo drew spectators into a colorful world of fantasy as Theatre Products unveiled baby pink, mint green, mimosa and lavender designs, conjuring images of colorful candy.

The theme of the Theatre Products (a brand, brain child of Akira Takeuchi and Tayuka Nakanishi) was "a feeling of bliss." Under the theme, doll-like models with white hair and red eyes paraded the designs. Long, flared skirts and frilled minis were the highlights of the collection.

Designer Yasuhiro Mihara's brand Miharayashiro included trench-coats with built-in belt, and pants pleated on only one side.

Ritsuko Shirahama featured a lineup of high class clothing for adult women using a lot of chiffon dresses and metallic embroidery.
