The American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA) has reported that a staggering 79 percent of women age 25 and under are willing to sacrifice the health of their feet for the latest shoe trends.

This has often lead to a lifetime of "foot abuse," as women cram their feet into high heels, pointed toes and flimsy sandals offering little or no arch support.
Consequently, an estimated 87 percent of the population suffers from some kind of foot-related problem and four times as many women suffer from foot problems than men.
One should find and wear shoes with better arch supports. But women are not willing to give up their stylish shoes and make the switch to ugly, 'sensible' shoes.
Also available is the option of getting feet arch support tailor made and using them with any footwear you want.
