American fashion designer Carmen Marc Valvo will support the cause of Cancer with limited edition t-shirts.
A cancer survivor himself, Valvo has joined forces with biotechnology firm Amgen to design the t-shirts in order to raise awareness and funds.
Available for both, men and women, the tees will feature an abstract design with metallic gold spherical shapes.
'Designing the Breakaway from Cancer t-shirts was a therapeutic exercise for me. In many ways it helped me come full circle from my own diagnosis three years ago,' said Valvo.
'The design reflects the motion and energy of cycling, of setting a goal and reaching for the gold,' he added.
This charity move is a break from Valvo's usual women's eveningwear designs, with his customers including Beyonce Knowles, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Kim Cattrall.
The entire purchase price of the Valvo t-shirts will be used to support the scheme.
