A man who claims himself to be a fashion photographer has been arrested, on charges that he exploited teenaged victims to create child pornography and even assaulted a few.
The man used to lure teenaged girls with the promise of helping them pursue modelling careers, while the reality was that he was purely prowling victims via internet.
A number of teens were lured by the man, who created pictures of a sexual nature. One girl alleges that she was intoxicated and sexually assaulted by the man.
