Now that the Cannes Film Festival in France has become an annual hub of international cinema, it's vital that some of us overlook the films for awhile and spot new trends sported by global celebrities! The worst dressed, best dressed, undressed, overdressed, the celebs never fail to disappoint us and always give us some food for our eyes to feast on!
The best dressed would have to be a tough call for Angelina Jolie was glowing like ambers in a beauiful olive green gown while Aishwarya Rai was a jaw-dropper in a silver ensemble and Pen Cruz was a showstopper in a cream Marchesa dress! These ladies would just have to share the trophy this time. But the worst dressed celeb has to be, hands-down, Madonna this year! Covered with a tattered and ebony-ivory rag, this celeb could barely be recognized but then she made us realize that Chanel cannot be always trusted for it made Gwyneth Paltrow look equally but a little less horrible this year.
LiLo was as always skimpily clad in what can only be assumed to be a short little oriental rug while Mischa Barton looked too sophisticated for her age.
The old and the young celebs were disappointing this time, but the not-so-old nor-too-young generation of stars were the best dressed! Different colours were experimented with and it was colourful fashion fare, Cannes justified yet again its location in the fashion capital du monde - France!
