Spears was spotted returning to her hotel in London in a very short and cute white cotton dress, a trendy and stylish fuschia pink bag, flat thong sandals and sunglasses. She looked cool enough. Well, by Brit's standards this was a pretty ethical outfit. First time she set a standard that could be followed.
