She wasn't looking vulgar at all, she was looking fantabulous. Lively chose her dress from the Preen Resort 2011 collection and the black and white number did suit her image very well. And I give all the credit to the lady for adding elegance to the outfit with her posture and attitude. Even the black silk rolled up pants were looking gorgeous. What do you say? Isn't the look hot?
