70's boosted the fashion of high waist trousers with a lot of zeal. It was a trend amongst the young crowd and the bold belts were an addition. Recently we saw Princess Letizia of Spain in a shinning high-waisted trousers with a rope belt and sheer white top on the streets of Madrid. I loved-loved-loved her look! It was so very graceful.
