A headband is the most stylish, the most versatile and the most affordable way to accessorize your hair. Headbands are made for all types of hair for short hair, long hair and straight hair and how can we forget curly hair. There are several types of headbands that you can wear differently on different occasions.

Plastic headbands are the best to use as hair accessories. These are the most common and mostly popular among the teenage and school going girls. But this doesn’t mean that they are not for grownups, a lot of celebrities are seen wearing headbands as they are very comfortable and gives a nice shape to our hair. Plastic headbands are not basic anymore, there are many colors and patterns available and they are not very expensive so one can stock up in their closet to look different whenever they go out.

These headbands can also be used as a bracelet or a tight neck chain. When dressing up, try out large flowers or other accessories on the headband, which is beautiful for a wedding or prom to keep hair in place.

It is best suitable for those who have long and very thick hair. They are stretchable and are available with embellishments on it as well as with colored prints on it. They are also available in mix and match print styles. Fabric headbands are an easy way to keep the hair away from the hair, especially when coupled with the ponytail.

Toothed headbands consist of either metallic or plastic tooth on one side to hold the hair tightly. Teethed headbands give volume to ones hair. They not only secure the hair tightly but also give a very stylish look.
