The Anthony Vaccarello Spring 2013 collection truly showcases how the right kind of silhouette can drastically alter a black and white piece. Presented along an industrial stretch along the Seine, the collection made up in heat what it lacked in terms of setting. The sexy collection boasted of skirts that looked more that wrap up bandage-dress inspired numbers and revealed the model’s legs most tantalizingly as well as loose fitting flowy tops that added a touch of understated glamour and elegance to the line.

The loose-fitting cropped pants and baggy trousers were paired with sexy tops and zippered jackets that evoked a distinctly ‘90s-inspired theme. The flashy collection also boasted of a number of jackets, tops and pants in metallic blue and copper leopard-like pattern that had just the right amount of color and flash.
The only hint of color in the otherwise duo-chrome collection came with the silken brassy tops, pant suits, skirts and dresses that could easily be worn to both formal as well as causal events. The showstopper number in the entire collection was of course a flowy off shoulder dress that came with a slit that hit the model right above her pelvic bone. Fluid and sexy, the entire collection appeared to be effortlessly street friendly with practical hemlines dominating the landscape of the entire line.
