The actress made all heads turn as she entered the scene clad in an elegant white ruffle detailed Emporio Armani dress from the fall/ winter 2011 collection. The dress, more over, was excellently paired with a vintage Armani clutch and a pair of Armani Heels in satin gold. A simple look engineered to perfection!

Amber Heard at The Rum Diary’s London premiere stood out from the rest not only because of the dress she wore but also due partly to the way her make-up was done. For the gala event, Heard teamed up with celebrated make-up artist Kay Montano. In Montano’s own words, it was a special dewy skinned film star look. In creating the masterpiece, the expert make-up artist had reportedly used CHANEL’s Lumiere Sculptee Highlighting Powder and perfection Lumiere Foundation.

Our Texas belle arrived at the Drive angry premier, dressed in a strapless sparkling outfit. However, instead of sporting her usual beach blonde locks, Amber decided to go dark this time. She cut a strong figure indeed with a make up that’s vehemently opposed to all her fresh faced styles so far. Amber’s eyes were accentuated with smoky deep grays and shiny silver accents. A shimmery pink and attractive lip finished off this evening look.

The Rum Diary is a 2011 film based on a novel of the same name. Starring Johnny Depp and Amber Heard, the film received mixed reviews from critics. Heard played Chenault, Depp’s love interest in the movie. She is reported to have won the role out over Keira Knightley and Scarlett Johansson. Working with Johnny Depp, according to the young starlet, was more pleasant than expected. Heard was seen spending most of her time in the movie wearing sexy, skin-tight outfits created by acclaimed costume designer Coleen Atwood. Needless to point out, she looked ravishing in each one of them!

The Informers is a 2008 ensemble drama starring Billy Bob Thornton, Winona Ryder and Amber Heard. Amber played Christie- one of the prime protagonists in the plot. While the movie, it goes without saying, has fetched accolades for Amber, she is also said to have experienced one of the most embarrassing moments ever on the movie’s sets. The mishap occurred during the filming of a sex scene (Amber was lauded for her bold act in the movie) when Heard accidentally tripped over. Clad in a tiny Bikini bottom, the actress fell face down on one of her co-actors.

Drive Angry is a 2011 American film starring Nicolas Cage and Amber Heard in lead roles. Shot in 3D, the movie opened to mixed reviews and grossed $30 million at the box office. Amber played the role of Piper. When asked about what made her choose the character of piper in the first place, Heard piped some interesting stuff in. The twenty six year old actress, during a promotional interview for Drive Angry, revealed that her choice of roles have always been based entirely on the character’s merit. A strong female character, a good scrd script- that’s what really gets her kicked and Drive Angry had it all. She has also, moreover, admitted to being a huge fan of Cage’s, her co star in Drive Angry. This really gets us thinking-Piper or Cage- which of the two could have acted as a bigger motivation for Heard, eh?

The cover of Jezbel’s 2010 issue saw a sultry Amber Heard looking back at you with both her attractive eyes and well, bare backs. Heard’s face on the cover page of Jezbel was done exactly the same way as we had seen in movies like Zombieland or Pineapple express. The actor, who has already made headlines for her chic dressing sense, sure looked piping hot in this bare backed Avatar.

Amber’s cover shoot for Fashion Magazine’s April 2010 issue is probably one of the best in her entire career so far. Clad in a flowy dress, Heard’s messy look was crafted to perfection by stylist Gio Campora. Half the credit, obviously, goes to Make-up artist Mai Quynh for creating that classy and chic look. The red lips and blonde tresses were lensed beautifully by photographer Michael Williams. Last but not the least, the gorgeous Fendi dress made her look absolutely phenomenal. 

Amber sported a chic look for the LA Times photo shoot in 2011. The actress prefers clean ponytails and ruffled dresses to the contemporary contrived faux rumples, the leading daily further reported. The feature also spoke at length of Amber’s “non-starry” manners. Heard was reported to have gone off the clock and even apologized for making everybody wait. Heard, for the shoot, donned six different outfits. The first, a Ferragamo black silk blouse with contrast cuff details and collar, made for a revealing and racy wear. While there wasn’t much about the second, third or fourth outfit that could be mentioned separately, the fifth one really bowled us over. A black and white hound’s tooth blazer by Salvatore Ferragamo, it did full justice to Heard’s sassy figure.
